Distribution in Amran

The International Council for Relief and Development (ICRD), through its team in Amran governorate, launched the distribution of food aid to poor and destitute households in the governorate by 165 food baskets.
This project is part of the Council’s efforts to alleviate the impact of the conflict and the humanitarian crisis on the Yemeni people.

The ICRF has implemented two similar projects since the beginning of Ramadan, the distribution of more than 300 food baskets to poor families and destitute in the secretariat of the capital and more than 480 baskets in Aden and Lahj.

“The food distribution projects are part of a wide range of projects offered by the council, such as protection activities and support of health services, and we are currently seeking to expand our activities to include education,” said Abdo Zamzmi, the council’s delegate. And other areas affecting fundamental human rights.
